PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are available and accepted:

PayPal/Credit Card
Secure, instant payment via PayPal account, credit card, or debit card.
Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and other major cards.
Payment in 3 interest-free installments is also available.

Postepay Top-up
After confirming your order, you will be provided with the card number and instructions for making the top-up.
Your order will be processed once the payment has been received.

Bank Transfer
The IBAN and full details for the bank transfer will be displayed after confirming your order.
Your order will be processed once the funds have been received in the bank account.


SHIPPING METHODS
All shipments will be handled via a traceable express courier service.
Products will be shipped to the address provided during the ordering process.
The average delivery time is 10 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on the destination, as specified in the table below:
- Italy (excluding the islands and Calabria) - 8 euros;
- Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria - 10 euros;
- EU countries - 15 euros;
- Non-EU countries - 25 euros.
For orders totaling 150 euros or more, an 8-euro discount will be applied, resulting in free shipping within Italy (excluding the islands and Calabria).


RETURN POLICY
Right of withdrawal - The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
How to request a return - Return requests must be sent via email to resi@lughetta.it, including the order number. The customer will receive a response with instructions on how to proceed.
Conditions - The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Shipping costs - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases involving manufacturing defects.
Refund - Once the condition of the product has been verified, a refund of the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method originally used.
In the case of defective or non-conforming products, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.


PRICE LIST
The prices of the products displayed on the homepage or in the various sections of the website are final; they do not include any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in the destination country, should this be other than Italy. Such costs shall be borne by the customer.
L'ughetta di Locati Luciani Ilaria reserves the right to modify the prices of the brand's products listed on the website at any time; however, any such price changes will not apply to customers who have already submitted an order.


WARRANTY
There is no warranty on the products.
Where possible, products with clear manufacturing defects may be replaced.
This does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.


DATA PROTECTION
L'ughetta di Locati Luciani Ilaria reserves the right to store data for each order, as well as the customer's contact details, solely for the purpose of correctly fulfilling the order (including sharing such data with commercial partners involved in payment processing, order fulfillment, and/or product shipping), handling any warranty-related claims, and/or providing the customer with recommendations or instructions regarding the product.
Data storage and processing will be carried out in accordance with the policy regarding the protection and use of personal data by L'ughetta di Locati Luciani Ilaria (privacy policy).
Without prejudice to the foregoing, any use of the customer's personal data shall be subject to the provisions set forth in the aforementioned privacy policy.
